Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight round match which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the combatants met personally to promote next month's bout.
Ex two-time unified boxing king Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I plan to injure his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to genuinely try to hurt him. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of these statements, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically known for his dramatics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead criticized former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a bout proposal.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British opponent Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he showed up," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite declaring he will damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Paul's Background
Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
However, the novice remains one of boxing's largest financial successes, regularly earning huge paydays.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a KO victory in rounds four or five and claimed he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly being planned for two years from now.
"It's going to be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As both boxers met for the customary stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it drove home just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the fight is actually happening.
